This was the last video I did for Crime Prevention in BC. It is dated 2000
but I feel it is still relevant, although Marijuana it seems is no longer a problem. This was first devised by the Mesa Arizona police Dept. and officer Timothy Zehring came to BC to help set the program up. This was aired throughout BC on the Community Cable Channel.
